Nipple bottle tearing?

My babys feeding bottle nipple has a tear in it. Could she possible in digested it while she was being fed? 
I am SOOO worried. I am a FTM.

My sons would tear all the time so I would just replace the nipple. I doubt he ingested any and I doubt your child did as well unless there’s a chunk missing from it.

If its a small piece I wouldnt be worried. It will most likely pass in a day or so.
