Is it possible to be ovulating again this soon?

I miscarried in September, we didn’t try or track anything until December. I’ve only had 1 cycle since my miscarriage. I think I ovulated December 31st. I just started taking progesterone on the 11th. I’m testing with OPKs everyday and the lines are sooo close to positive. Is it possible to ovulate 3 weeks later without a cycle??
