How is this a face??

I was given this print out of a my ultrasound at 12 weeks and was told it’s the face. However I can’t make out anything!!! Please help!

My u/s tech always calls it a skull face! 😂

The round part on the left is the skull. You’re not getting many soft tissue features from this shot. When I had an 11 week scan with my first, we called him “skelator” because he literally looked like a skeleton sucking it’s thumb.

How is this a face??
