TTC 5 Years

I’m knew to this group and decided to find comfort in women that may be going through what I’m going through, my husband and I tried to have another child about a year after my first was born, it was obviously unsuccessfully went to my OB go find out I have PCOS and secondary infertility, we did 3 unsuccessful IUIs and declined going any further (no one prepares you how difficult and emotion it all is) This was about 2 years ago my question is if anyone has been through this do you still get that tiny hope every month that it might be the month or have you lost all hope?
