Bleeding idk why!

Hey! So my period this month started on the third and ended around the seventh. Well like two days ago i saw some spotting and then it went away well today I just noticed I’m spotting again but a bit more than last time. Ive has headaches and been feeling very dizzy. Now I’m for sure 100% positive that i am NOT pregnant. What else could it be? Should I go to the doctor?
