I woke up to use the ladies room last night (for the tenth time) and when I rolled over I had a uncomfortable yet sharp pain around my belly button. It was like a 8/10 and felt like my abdomen was trying to separate in two!

For about half an hour the pain and discomfort went up and down from like a 4 back to an 8 and finally I forced myself to lie back down and fall asleep. I’m a FTM and have no idea what to expect or what contractions feel like. Anyone have any idea on what I experienced. No unusual pains this morning....
