Eczema or rash from drool?? Help!
He does have eczema but it’s only ever been rough or small spots on his legs and arms. It’s almost been a week of his cheeks looking this way and his neck started about 2 days ago. We have tried multiple things and at a lose. Any ideas on what may be causing this? What can we do to help it?? He also has bumps all over his sides...not red just really rough.
