i’ve been using tampons for a while now and i have the box of tampons that has two types. an S and a R

i’ve been using the R because i dont really experience too much blood flow but recently my blood flow has been crazy the past 3 months i’ve been in high school. its either been extremely heavy to the point where it would soak through my pad and look like i got into an accident, and then it would be normal. i just started my period and i’m not sure which tampon to use now and i know a lot of you prefer other types of tampons.

so can someone help a sister out?❤️
