can i stop using condoms?

My boyfriend and i have been together a long time and we’ve both been tested. I have been on birth control for awhile now. Should i worry about being pregnant while on the pill, and he also pulls out every time.

Stop being paranoid!! You're fine. Birth control pills are there for a reason

Condoms would pair with the pill wonderfully just because it's a double up contraceptive but the pill should do its job if you take it correctly. I still wouldnt let him finish inside tho. Itll probably be ok if he keeps pulling out

The only way to 100% prevent pregnancy is to be abstinence. Even if you are on the pill and he pulls out there is a chance, a very small chance but a chance. As long as you’re will to accept that then yes. In the end it’s all up to your two.

As long as you’re willing to accept and deal with the consequences. Yes, birth control is great. But it must be taken at the same time every day. If you miss a day, you have to go a week of taking it correctly before you’re protected again. Another thing to note (and I’m not sure how true this is, I just know it from other experiences), birth control pills sometimes don’t work for some people like you’d expect. I know someone who got pregnant even while taking them correctly (or so she said). Correct me if I’m wrong, but I was told BCPs are only a little more effective at preventing pregnancy than a condom. I was unwilling to take those chances, so I combined.

Birth control is not 100%. Still use a condom. Pull out method is not a way to prevent pregnancy. Pre cum is cum.
