When I was pregnant with my first I gained alot of weight (190 pounds post baby and only 5ft 3inches) my rings stopped fitting and I went up to a size 16. My rings have not fit since I gave birth to my son, now with this baby my rings finally fit again and I've only gained 10 pounds since the start of my pregnancy.

My question is, has anyone else had low weight gain and had any complications with their babies? I've had anemia with this baby and it's making me worry that he will be ok.
