Just curious. I’m totally new to this stuff. We are saving up and hope to get our first home around October time. I’m doing research online, but I’d rather hear from actual people! I would potentially love a 4 bedroom home for around 320,000. But how much would I have to put down?? Could I save up 15,000 and that be a good amount?? Can first-timers really only put down 3 percent?

Any advice you have, I appreciate!
