What size diaper for your 5 month old

My baby just turned 5 months yesterday and hes wearing size 3 but hes been having so many blowouts and they just dont fit right anymore...so im gonna start using 4...what size does your LO wear???

My 5m old daughter is in 2s and she has blow outs - but i figured out it was bc the back of the diaper is gapping.  This was after having to use a size 1 when out in public bc i hadn’t restocked the diaper bag since moving her up to 2s (tells you how often I leave the house lol sigh).  She had another poonami in the 1 and it didn’t leak which prompted my “investigation” Jajajajajaja. She’s about 15.5 lbs and 25.5ish inches. (My attempts at measurements - not the dr’s) 
My 22m old son is in size 4.  He is a string bean - weighs about 25.5 lbs and is 35ish inches.

How much does he weigh? She's been in 3s for a while now... but I can tell she's gonna have o move up soon. No blow outs yet but getting close.

It could be the brand too.. my daughter would have blow out in pampers luvs & UP&UP. She wears strictly huggies or honest company on my watch anyway (little snugglers my fav*)(snuggies) but my husband likes LUVS so he’ll put those on her when I’m not looking 🙄 she’s a size 3 & she weighs 18lbs & 27 in long

Baby Dry pampers hold a lot more I found. My son sleeps 12 hours a night and everything else he was leaking out of.

3s, but needs moved up to 4s. My first was in size 4 by 2 months 😅😳🤣
