Hi friends! Need some direction. I have been diagnosed with PCOS since November 2017. Since then I have been taking Provera the same 7 days a month to get a regular period. This worked awesome for a year! Now the last two months, the day before I am set to ovulate, I start bleeding between periods.

Last month I figured it was just ovulation spotting, as it was light and lasted about 2 days. But this month, tho it happened at the same time, it's much heavier, like the first day of a bad period the last two days.

It might help to add that I recently completely changed my life- new job, living in a tiny house my husband built. It's been very stressful, and stress always affects my cycle.

Please send any helpful advice!
