Vitex?

So I have come across these pills named Vitex. A little back history... I have PCOS. With my PCOS I have irregular periods. So when I heard of these pills I started to look into them and how they can help me. So supposedly it's supposed to help me naturally get my period, Without taking Progesterone which I have taken given by my OB GYN. I took progesterone around three rounds in between those three rounds my period Came on its own but then it would go MIA again. Point is, I wanted to know if maybe someone else has heard of or has had a success story on taking these pills to help regulate period. With hopefully an outcome of baby. Thanks for your time.
