Pelvic pain

I had a miscarriage 2 months ago. Didn’t need a D&C. OBGYN said everything looked fine. I have been having a weird pain on my left pelvic area.. it’s tender to touch and aches when I walk. My period isn’t due for another couple weeks and doesn’t feel like period cramps.. I have an appointment in 5 days so I’m worried maybe I should go to ER.. Has anyone ever had this?
