Should I care if while I’m at work during his days off my husband watches porn and masturbates even if it doesn’t effect our sex life?

Depends on how you feel about porn and if you established any boundaries. 
If you haven't established any boundaries around it, then you can't really get mad at him. However, if you feel uncomfortable with him watching it, then that's a conversation you need to have with him.

I think if he told me he was doing that i wouldn’t be mad i May get my feelings a little hurt because that’s just how i am 😂😂😂 not that he watching porn but because I’m not there with him i guess.

Nope, but if the porn part makes you uncomfortable you can talk about it with him. I wouldn’t just because it’s a normal thing that he should be allowed to do as an adult, but every relationship is different.

Have a conversation about it with him. My boyfriend and I have a bad sex life and he regularly jerked off to porn and pictures of thick women. I talked to him plenty of times, and up until I was going to leave him (not just for this reason), he promised to stop. 
You just have to have a talk with him about how you’re feeling/how it makes you feel and why it bothers you.
