Health visitor appointment vs 6/8 week appointment with GP

Can anyone tell me the difference between these two appointments? Baby is 7 weeks. Seeing hv tomorrow then GP on Wednesday next week. Seems close together so wondering how different the appointments are other then baby getting immunisations on Wednesday.

Update - thanks for the advice. She asked about baby feeding, sleeping etc. Also asked about my wellbeing and any groups I was interested in. Also gave me the opportunity to ask any questions and get advice.
