C Section Stitches?

Are C section incision stitches dissolvable or do you have to get them removed?

Each doctor has their own personal preference. I didn't have surface stitches or staples for either of my c sections.

I didn’t have stitches. They did glue then staples. Every dr does it differently.

I had to get mine removed. The inside ones are obviously dissolvable tho.

My internal stitches were the ones to dissolve but my outside incesion was glued closed
