Would Trying to Gain weight go here? It says it can but no one seems to put it...

Question

Long story short I am struggling with an ED I guess and my docs want me to gain weight back. I am 95 lbs was previously 105. Only lost ten pounds but i know I will probably have lost more next time I weigh myself. Can I post my progress here when I’m finally making some towards the right direction?

You could gain muscle weight by working out, but I would first start by eating either 3 large meals a day or 5 small meals. You don’t need to eat unhealthy to gain weight (fat weighs less than muscle) so you can eat healthy fulfilling meals that make you feel energized and satisfied. Then you can start working out and toning your muscles :)
