Should I be concerned???
So I’m ending my AF cycle for this month, and usually by day 3-4 (today) I’m browning/spotting. All day long I’ve had an off and on dull cramp in the lower side of my pelvis. I didn’t think much of it. However, as I’m preparing for a bath tonight this literally falls out of me! Normal or should I call the dr to be safe? Anyone else experience this type of situation?
