First ultrasound at 5 weeks: maybe TWINS?!

Question

I had an early ultrasound at 5+3 given my history to rule out eptopic, and my doctor said the sac on the right has a yolk sac (yay!) and it’s possible that’s another sack on the left side 😱 has anyone had an ultrasound like this and how it turned out? Any ultrasound techs?

Omg you guys. What a week! So I think that other sack was a bleed because I bled a lot of red blood Monday with cramping and was sure I was miscarrying. I went to the doc today to confirm and a healthy baby with a heartbeat! But I had a subchorionic hematoma (blood clot in the uterus) that explains the bleeding and also looks like another sack! The baby is on the bottom and the bleed is on top. But all is well and I’m still in shock I didn’t miscarry.

I want twins so bad. But there are only one set of twins on my maternal side of the family. And they say for every generation that doesn’t have twins the chances increase. I haven’t had my ultrasound yet but I hardly doubt I’ll get my wish. I see possibly two, definitely following for an update
