Why log if there’s no way to access data?

I don’t understand the point of logging so much information like mood, weight, symptoms, etc if there is no way to access the data except by tapping on individual days and looking at what you entered for that day (and given the clumsy navigation of the app, that’s a huge chore).

Why am I going to the trouble of logging my weight if there’s no graph to show how it changes over time, or adding details of my morning sickness if I can’t use the app to see how frequently I experience it?

I see that this kind of data gets used in Glow-generated “insights,” but the fact that Glow is using my data to write posts but not making it accessible to me to track my health seems ... kind of exploitive in that “big data” way (sorry that’s dramatic, but it’s the best way I can think of to describe it).

I’ve stopped tracking here because it provides me no benefit to do so.
