I need advice

I had a miscarriage last month , yesterday I got a clear BFP.. could this be my rainbow baby .? I was barley pregnant when I miscarried and pasted everything natural and was cleared that my levels were at zero . My test isn’t faint or anything. I’m kinda worried . Called my doctor waiting for a call back .
