I’ve been on the pill for a long time and religiously I might add. My SO pulls out for extra protection. This month I have just been so anxious.. someone please help me out here..

Hey hun, try to relax. You're on birth control AND he didn't ejaculate inside of you. There isn't much to worry about, if anything. If you are genuinely concerned, I recommend taking a test. Good luck, hun! Don't stress yourself out :)

Your only fear would be pre cum. The odds of getting pregnant on pre cum alone are very slim for someone who ISN'T on bc. I'd estimate you've got a .00002% chance based on both those factors. It's probably nothing to worry about so just try to relax. If you need to run to a dollar store and get a test so you can rest assured that's fine too Hun.
