Fridges breastmilk!
So i pumped and put my milk in the fridge. Would i just directly put it in the diaper bag to take with me somewhere and use it when my baby is hungry(whether it be cold or warm)? (within time range use) or does it need to be completely warm first? If it needs to be warm how should i warm it?
Also when at home; Can you microwave breastmilk to warm at all?
