Anxiety

So I'm 14 years old and have had anxiety/depression for a couple of years now. I take medicine but in the past couple of weeks we have been going over our life goals and future careers. It's making me extremely nervous and I'm not as sure as I was before. Ironically I want to be an OB/GYN but that takes like 15 years of college/residency, and I don't know how I will be able to afford it. I'm also not sure what I want my relationship status to be like. I don't know if I should be married, have kids, or a partner. I also don't want to have sex before marriage but I feel like that's the norm and I won't want to be married unless I have sex. It's not from a religious stand point it's just I'm a bit of a feminist and I feel like sex completely undermines that. I'm so nervous and anxious and I'm not sure what to do please help.
