Ok ladies....

I’m 4’11 (149.9 cm to be exact), 18 years old, and last I checked, 166.9 pounds. Everyone knows weighing yourself at the doctor isn’t as accurate as because of the extra weight of clothing, so I’m gonna say at that time I was around 160-164 lbs. this was a few weeks ago, and I’ve started working out 5-6 times a week. So far my work out is 8 minutes long and I go through basic core exercises after some stretching. I do 3 sets of 10 hip bridges, vertical and horizontal leg lifts. I do 10 push-ups and 5 sets of 4 mountain climbers.

I do not have access to equipment, aside from a set of 5, 10, and 15 lb barbells. I’ve also been trying to eat healthier, smaller meals and drink more water.

So I guess my question is, how can I improve my current routine to speed up my weight loss? What are some supplements to help speed up my metabolism?
