I know how frustrating and emotional this can be 😣😔. 
Here is what I think based on what has helped me:
I think of this as a science experiment in order to learn my cycle and then get the timing right later- it takes the pressure off. 
Based on what I see, you don’t have enough temperatures to truly tell when you’re ovulating. 
The rundown on the opk + temping model is that the opks tell you when your body is gearing up to ovulate and then the temping confirms that it actually happened. Only using one of these tools isn’t helpful- you really need the combination of the two. 
There are times where your body might gear up to ovulate but then for whatever reason it doesn’t- that could be the explanation for the multiple peaks. I’ve also heard that once you get your peak you should stop testing, but I completely understand why you’d want to continue. You won’t know you truly ovulated until you’ve had 3 days of higher temps- so it can only confirm 3 days after the fact. To make it more confusing, the apps don’t know what is “higher” unless you’re temping for long enough before ovulation too. So you basically at the bare minimum you should be temping from after the end of your period until ovulation is confirmed (although a lot of people like to continue until their period starts again). There are also lots of things that you should be doing to ensure your bbt reading is as accurate as possible. 
I know this is a novel, but I can tell you’re stressed and want to help. You can do this- just focus on learning about your cycle and timing when you can for a few of them, then you can really get down to it once you’ve been armed with the info you need. Sending positive vibes your way ☺️❤️
