How to keep one year old entertained while shopping?

I usually use snacks but the snacks run out and he’s usually over shopping within 10 minutes. Hell just start to scream and carrying him doesn’t work because he wants to walk around which also I can’t let him do because he’ll just run all over the place.

Hmmm I use snacks and juice, but I get most food shopping delivered as it’s easier 😂 but if out I’ll use snacks and drinks, was thinking about some sort of iPad/tablet thing to keep him occupied but it would have to be one made for babies and I haven’t a clue what or where to get one 😪

Our 19-month-old gets snacks, books, and toys. We don't do iPhones and tablets or anything along those lines with her. And if you know you're going to run out of snacks that quickly, then I'd be packing extra, or hold off on giving them to him until he needs them. I have a few items, our daughter gets upon entering the store and then I have a few backup items that are specifically for if she's having a hard time.
