Discouraged

Me and my husband had our first child which passed away from sids we have been wanting another child so badly I track af and my ovulation days and nothing has worked I should also mention that our son was our miracle cause my husband had an accident that caused him to have to be circumsized at 20 doctors gave him a 50 50 chance for having kids of his own and I pray that we can have another child but after bfn tests and the disappointment I'm wondering if there is anything doctors can do to help us I just need some encouragement and kind words to not want to give up
