Regression and fever?

Does a low grade fever (99) ever accompany a leap/regression?

I haven't heard that before but teething can cause low grade fevers.

No. Teething. My son is teething but his fever was 102. He had a double ear infection. I thought it was teething. I’m so glad we got him checked
