PLEASE ANSWER*Boobs hurt with IUD??**

I have had the Mirena IUD since April 2018. I just had my period like normal and am now having slightly brown tinted cm. My boobs are also still sore. Is this normal?

I've never had issues with sore boobs until I've had my Mirena. When my boobs hurt, they feel like their bruised. Even my nipples hurt! Now I've realized that when they hurt, the next day I'm getting my period
