Is anyone experiencing acne and prolonged bleeding from non-hormonal IUD??

I got my ParaGard (nonhormonal copper) at the beginning of this past September (2018). The first two months were totally fine. Then in Nov I got my period on the 15th but it was really light/almost spotting so I didn’t think much of it. But toward the end of Nov it got really heavy. I’ve had my period since then. All through December and this far into January. It hasn’t stopped at all. It just switches from spotting/light to heavy.

I believe this might be what’s affecting my acne?? Ive never had acne before and the only thing I’ve changed is getting an IUD.

Is this normal? Im fed up so I’m calling my gyno this week. But I just wanted to see if anyone else is or has experienced the same thing.
