My little boy is only 4 weeks old, but will sleep 3-4 hours at night. I have been breastfeeding, and pumping when possible. I have a lower supply that barely keeps up.

My husband thought he would be helpful last night and when baby started fussing he went and warmed up 4oz of breastmilk in a bottle without asking if I wanted to feed him, or how much he would need. He was fed from a bottle, so I went almost 8 hours without nursing and I felt like I was going to POP. Also, I look over and the bottle is sitting there with over 2 oz just wasted.

Part of me says thank you for letting me sleep, the other cries at the wasted milk and the fact that going that long without pumping or nursing can mess with my supply.
