What is this on the outer edge of my lip?

Hi I was eating lunch today and I noticed my outer edge of my lip has a tingly sensation when I look closely I saw a little clear ish bump and it kinda hurts... I couldn’t take an exact pic but I can tell it looks more “swollen” and more red... is this curable? Just got it out of the blue

It’s not a cold sore. It’s probably a pimple in one of the worst spots ever 😩

The first picture looks like a white head to me. The other pictures look maybe like a coldsore? I've had white heads there before that I was able to clear out. If it's not that though, just try to keep it clean, but also moisturize it! If it's a white head, moisture will help draw it out. If it's a blister, then it just need moisture anyways.
