I got a hysteroscopy done Tuesday and an IUD put in.. the pain I woke up with after the surgery is still here it hasn’t gotten better. I’m at about a 7-8 pain wise :(!!

I had the hysteroscopy to clean out the lining and do a biopsy, they then put in an IUD. Should it be this painful they said 3 days and just take Panadol I’m on codiene based pills and they aren’t helping! Not sure if it’s the surgery or IUD causing the pain.
