Can’t tell if I’m getting UTI or just pregnant 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I have no burning or pain just intense pressure and frequency! I am only just 24 weeks so it seems to early for the baby to be low and smooshing my bladder. Everything down there just feels so swollen... and total TMI but I had sex alottttt last week (my hormones were raging!) and now I feel like I’ve damaged something down below haha!! Can anyone commiserate with me on these feelings!?! I have an appt Thursday but surely if i had a UTI or other infection I would have burning etc right!?
