11 weeks and won’t sleep!

My LO is 11 weeks and just does not want to sleep on her own 😭 she will sleep about 30-45 min and then wake up and once she is picked up, she will sleep again. I try multiple times at night to put her back down but ultimately I end up giving in just so I can get some sleep and she’ll sleep around 4-5 hours on me. This has just been the past 2 weeks or so...she used to go 2-3 hours and randomly a little longer. Any advice?
