Paranoid of water breaking

Anyone else 37 weeks and constantly paranoid over water breaking ?! My waters never broke by itself and it’s my 4th baby so I’m paranoid and good lord all these contractions off an on for HOURSSSSSSS a day since Wednesday someone save me ! 😂🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
