Car seat question. I'm so confused. My 14 month old is rear facing in a maxi cosi. Do I keep the carseat reclined or in the upright angle?

I’d def read the manual but for mine it says the spine should be against the back of the seat and have no slouching so as long as your baby is no slouching over and is up against the back of the seat it’s about if he or she can hold his or her head up... just don’t want his or her head bent falling over and at your baby’s age shouldn’t have to worry so much about the head. That’s the jist of what my manual says...Like mine is a nuna and it has a recline from 1 (farthest back) to a 5 (totally upright) and I have his set on 4 (which I just adjusted to the other day) and he’s almost 10 months. I figured I’d move his to a 5 when he’s about 18 months.

My son is 20 months and I use the Maxi Cosi car seat rear facing as well. It’s on the 2nd setting or setting 2.
