Headache relief during pregnancy

Any suggestions for headache relief? I’ve had a really bad headache since yesterday and it hasn’t went away if anything it’s gotten worse. I’ve tried sleeping, drinking water, a cool rag, and not being in the light. Tylenol does nothing for me
