When did you get a Positive Pregnancy Test?

I keep reading blood tests were needed often for women with PCOS... anyone have insight??

Answer

I have PCOS and I've gotten positive pregnancy tests on my 3 pregnancies. I wait until i've missed a few days of my period before testing though.
