Ovarian cyst and getting pregnant

So I have pcos and I get these ovarian cyst that get to 6cm plus and it’s happens usually around the time when I start my provera so because I get the cyst my period doesn’t come which means no trying for a baby and my OB telling me I can’t try till they go away. I don’t know what to do. I want a baby but these cyst grow and get in my way. Is there any health types or something that I should be trying cause I’ve been doing this waiting game for over a year.
