Pain after orgasm

I have not been diagnosed with Endo and do not display many of the typical signs but I don’t know what is wrong with me.

The worst of my problems is the pain I get after an orgasm...I get the sweats and sometimes get nauseous. This only happens the days between ovulation and my period. I have pain free orgasms basically between mid period-til about 10 days before my period arrives. I occasionally have minor cramping during those days but not every month. I do not have any pain with sex. My PMS cramps can be pretty severe...especially when they wake me at night and I have to get out of bed and stretch and breath those the cramps until they pass.

Anyone else have similar problems?
