Burst of energy

So I’ve been tired lately at 36 weeks 5 days and last night I had this burst of energy where I could not lay down and had to get up at 1 am and do something and now this morning I am having period like cramps! Still have energy! Maybe a sign of labor starting what do you ladies think?
