Menstrual Cup Help.
So this is my first time trying a Lena cup & I have no idea if I inserted it correctly. Are supposed to like feel it to the point you’re really aware it’s there? Like does it just take some getting used to? I’m afraid I may have put it too low but the whole cup is in there. I just have no idea where the end piece that you pull is supposed to be. Is it supposed to be sticking out? It’s not passed the labia but it’s right there.
