Is this ovulation?
Hi! I’m new to bbt charting. I had a miscarriage on 12/27/18 so now that we’re trying again I want to give myself all the advantages I can. I wasn’t sure I’d ovulate this first cycle after the miscarriage, but if my temp stays elevated for another day can I assume I did? Thanks!
