So I’ve have my nexplanon since October 2017 and about last week I was getting really bad cramps then started a period. I have been experiencing lower back pain and the arm my nexplanon is in feels sort of numb and when I get up I get really dizzy. And I just discovered this weird bump under my arm?????

Can any one help or direct me towards help cause I honestly have no idea what to do and my gynecologist said she can make an appointment for me but not until February 13th.
