I NEED HELP😭😭

I am sexually active and on birth control (the pill, for 3 months). My period is 3 days late and a week ago my boyfriend swears he came in me but I felt nothing. I'm really worried and I don't know what to do. I know people are against abortions but is there a way I can get rid of the baby at home? My friend said really hot showers and baths and sour drink can cause miscarriage. Please help!!
