It could just be my mind or???😅

I’ve been bleeding for abt two weeks straight after having very irregular bleeding (not heavy just it felt like it never wanted to stop 😒) but abt two days ago I quit bleeding and now it’s old blood spotting. But my nipples hurt so bad and they’re swollen. (Which ive never really had tender nipples while on my period except maybe every once in a blue moon but they have been hurting for a few days now) I started to have headaches and dizziness often when I stand up and I constantly feel bloated or like I have pressure on my stomach to where I can’t suck in my belly. I woke up at 3 am and puked my guts out 4 times and now I can’t eat anything today bc I feel like I’m gonna get sick.. I couldn’t even eat 10 chicken nuggets. I’ve always been emotional but now things are starting to come out my mouth in tones that I don’t even mean and it makes every one around me mad at me so then I just cry it out till my boyfriend feels bad and then loves on me 🥰🙄 so I just wanna know how y’all found out you were pregnant and what the symptoms were, because they can be different bc not every one is the same. And Bc I honestly feel like my mind is playing games w me 😅 I’m only 17 and I’m just curious. I can’t talk to my mom abt these things because she will trip out.. (I started bleeding again on Jan 2nd and then it finally stopped and turned to old blood abt 2-3 days ago)
